Jewelry Care

Sufficient amount is spent for buying jewelry therefore; it is important to take extra care of the jewelry against dirt & damage. Some basic & easy tips can protect individuals jewelry for many more years to come.

Storage is extremely important for the protection of jewelry. During the time of purchase, Kyria ornaments are carefully packed in a protective air-tight box, case or pouches. Usage of perfumes, cosmetics or household chemicals can damage jewelry pieces so; we suggest that the users should avoid wearing ornaments while performing any activity which expose to any kind of risk.

Basic Care

Avoid contact of Organic Chemicals i.e. Perfume, Sprays & Water
Avoid using Velvet Boxes for Storing Jewelry
Keep Jewelry in Airtight Boxes
Wipe Jewelry with a soft cotton cloth

Shipping Information- India

Free Shipping- On all orders above 5000 INR, our company offers free Shipping to the buyers
Delivery Method- Orders shipped via Standard Shipping through the means of India Post/DTDC/Blue Dart which make delivery within 6-7 business days. Delivery to metro cities will be quick.
Shipping Charges- In Standard Shipping, the charges of orders below 5000 INR is 150 INR

Shipping Information- International

Delivery Method- Orders delivered via Standard Shipping (FedEx, DPD, India Post, DHL, etc.) within 10-15 business days.
Shipping Charges- The starting charges of Standard Shipping is Approx. USD 25. Shipping charges do not include custom duty

Please Note:

Duties and taxes will be applicable as per the country regulations where the client is living. These charges will be mentioned in separate bill by the courier company which are charged at the time of delivery.
Shipping Charges are taken on the grounds of shipping destination and weight of the particular parcel.

Important Shipping Information

Our firm put its best efforts to deliver each item of clients order within 16 working days of placing the order, including production time. However, in some cases, we may take extra time to ship the orders because we have to produce/procure it.
Our firm is not responsible for any delays of the orders caused by natural disaster and unavoidable situations.
We do not able to redirect the orders once they have been dispatched.

Return & Refund Policies

Refund Policy

Most of the Imitation Jewelry showcased in the website is suited for the purpose it is meant to be. If the jewelry is maintained properly as per the given instructions provided along with the product, the Jewelry can be utilized for longer duration.

Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, however the buyer can send email to kyria.creations@gmail.com requesting for order cancellation which can be done only by analyzing the case at the sole discretion of the firm.
Cancellations will be counted only if the request is done within 24 hours of placing products order. However, the cancellation request will not be addressed if the orders have been dispatched from our site.
If the jewelry received by the user is broken or damaged, then they have to inform us within 7 days from the date of receipt and mail which they sent to us with a picture of broken jewelry piece.
The buyer would need to deliver that jewelry back to our location through pay at shipment courier service and it would be replaced from our side.
Refunds are processed by us in maximum of 7 days from the date on which the buyer has received the returned items. A refund cheque will be deposited in buyers bank account or sent to them via courier in Cash on Delivery orders. The cheque is subjected in favour of the Billing Name the buyer had mentioned when placing the order. In case of online orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the products amount will be directly transferred back into the bank account of the buyers.
If the product has any kind of damage in transit, then it has to be informed to us on immediate basis or within 24 hours of receiving the order. In such case, the buyer has to send back the damaged product to us and after checking the product, we can either process full refund amount or exchange with new product. Items returned by the customers are being inspected by our Quality Checking team.

The below mentioned products shall not be subjected for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee:

Any product that shows physical damage to the box or to the product
Any product that has been cleaned
Any product which is not in its original form
Any product which is returned without having its original packaging & accessories, including the retail box and other items available with the product at the time delivery is done
Any product which does not has a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to goods with altered, tampered, missing, damaged or otherwise unreadable serial number

Warranty

Warranty is only applicable against manufacturing defects and on products which are purchased from Kyria.
Warranty is valid only on products which have warranty sticker on the product tag.
Warranty is valid for the duration of 90 days from the date of placing the orders.
Warranty only includes manufacturing flaws and does not cover damage or loss of gemstones.
The warranty does not cover normal aging of the good, cuts or scratches, wear and tear or damage caused by accidents.
Warranties do not apply when products has been exposed to commercial cleaners, cosmetic sprays, chemical solvents, deodorants, perfumes, etc.
Warranties do not apply to products which are kept incorrectly, used inappropriately, altered or cleaned with wrong cleaning methodologies or wrong products.
The warranties will be provided only to the original buyer of the product. They cannot be transferred.
The original buying receipt is required as evidence of purchase to claim warranty.

Return of Products- Policy

The buyers may return their purchase by showing receipt of the ordered products under below mentioned conditions:

The product has a manufacturing defect
The buyer has received wrong product other than the one they have ordered

Buyers should contact us and register their complaints by providing following details:

Invoice Number
Date & Amount
Nature of Complaint

Our customer care executives will register buyers complaint and issue a complaint number for reference purpose.
The defective product or its part will be entitled for recalled or a replacement will be done, or we will refund their money.
In case the buyer will return any item which is delivered to them in a damaged or defective form, we will not charge any additional shipping cost.
Fill the whole shipment return form that comes with the order.
Please mention original content, certificate or any additional material which is sent with the shipment with assurance of properly sealed packet.
Please send the return shipment to our warehouse unit.

Colors

We have done every possible thing to assure that the colors of our products displayed on the site as accurate as possible. However, it may be minor variation in the actual colors because of buyers monitor, our firm do not guarantee that buyers monitor's display color is correct.

Exactness Not Guaranteed

Kyria do not give any guarantee of exactness to the finishing and appearance of the final product ordered by the users. The quality of products, services or other material purchased by the users via website may not meet individuals expectations.

Shipping

Title and risk of loss for all products which are ordered by the customers pass on them upon Kyria's shipment to the shipping carrier.
