- Shipping Charges- In Standard Shipping, the charges of orders below 5000 INR is 150 INR

Return & Refund Policies

- Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, however the buyer can send email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting for order cancellation which can be done only by analyzing the case at the sole discretion of the firm.
- Cancellations will be counted only if the request is done within 24 hours of placing products order. However, the cancellation request will not be addressed if the orders have been dispatched from our site.
- If the jewelry received by the user is broken or damaged, then they have to inform us within 7 days from the date of receipt and mail which they sent to us with a picture of broken jewelry piece.
- The buyer would need to deliver that jewelry back to our location through pay at shipment courier service and it would be replaced from our side.
- Refunds are processed by us in maximum of 7 days from the date on which the buyer has received the returned items. A refund cheque will be deposited in buyers bank account or sent to them via courier in Cash on Delivery orders. The cheque is subjected in favour of the Billing Name the buyer had mentioned when placing the order. In case of online orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the products amount will be directly transferred back into the bank account of the buyers.
- If the product has any kind of damage in transit, then it has to be informed to us on immediate basis or within 24 hours of receiving the order. In such case, the buyer has to send back the damaged product to us and after checking the product, we can either process full refund amount or exchange with new product. Items returned by the customers are being inspected by our Quality Checking team.
The below mentioned products shall not be subjected for return or replacement under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee:
- Any product that shows physical damage to the box or to the product
- Any product that has been cleaned
- Any product which is not in its original form
- Any product which is returned without having its original packaging & accessories, including the retail box and other items available with the product at the time delivery is done
- Any product which does not has a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to goods with altered, tampered, missing, damaged or otherwise unreadable serial number
- Warranty is only applicable against manufacturing defects and on products which are purchased from Kyria.
- Warranty is valid only on products which have warranty sticker on the product tag.
- Warranty is valid for the duration of 90 days from the date of placing the orders.
- Warranty only includes manufacturing flaws and does not cover damage or loss of gemstones.
- The warranty does not cover normal aging of the good, cuts or scratches, wear and tear or damage caused by accidents.
- Warranties do not apply when products has been exposed to commercial cleaners, cosmetic sprays, chemical solvents, deodorants, perfumes, etc.
- Warranties do not apply to products which are kept incorrectly, used inappropriately, altered or cleaned with wrong cleaning methodologies or wrong products.
- The warranties will be provided only to the original buyer of the product. They cannot be transferred.
- The original buying receipt is required as evidence of purchase to claim warranty.
Return of Products- Policy
The buyers may return their purchase by showing receipt of the ordered products under below mentioned conditions:
